Things to know:

• Bookings are essential for all pick-ups.
• Please be ready at your address or pick-up point at least 5 minutes before scheduled arrival.
• Please cancel bookings if you no longer need the service so that the driver does not spend time waiting /looking out for you.

Things to remember:

• The free bus service is for our venue patrons only.
• The driver has the right to refuse any passengers.
• Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed on the bus.
• Legislation requires seat belts to be worn on the bus.
• Service is subject to change. We will notify everyone that booked if necessary.
• Unfortunately we don´t have wheelchair access, but can accommodate walkers.
• Any wilful damage to be paid for by passenger/s responsible.
• The bus seats up to 21 people. If it is full, the bus will do rounds until everyone gets home.
• Please note last departure on Fri and Sat nights is around 11:30pm.

Weekday Door-to-Door Service for Group Lunch Bookings

The bus is available to groups of 10 or more that come for lunch at either Jack's Bistro or at Level 1 Restaurant on weekdays.

Level 1 Restaurant is the ideal venue for colleagues and client socialising, staff rewards, team building, client networking and even fundraising.

Private dining areas are available at no cost upon request and there are also function rooms for meetings, workshops and training.

For those in a hurry we offer an express service. Pre-order from the $15 lunch menu to have meals served within 10 minutes of arriving at the club. We can have you back at the office within the hour!

We can invoice the company for official get-togethers or everyone can pay separately for themselves on the day.

Jack´s Bistro offers a special Senior´s Menu. Enjoy a two course lunch for only $12.50 with a choice between an entree and a main meal, or a main meal and dessert.

Lunch service starts from 12pm, however the bus can do pick-ups for groups earlier to allow additional time to spend in the venue. The bus will then return the group when ready to leave.

A lunch at Jack’s Bistro is ideal for social groups, retirement villages, sport clubs, associations, charity groups and special celebrations.(Please note: unfortunately the bus does not have wheelchair access , but it does accommodate walkers )

Friday and Saturday Nights

Our free door-to-door service now gets you to the club and then safely back home, on Friday and Saturday nights from 5pm onwards.

You can book 24/7 by leaving your name, contact number, preferred time and address on mobile number 0404 731 542 up to an hour before you want to leave.

We will confirm that we have received your message within 24 hours. (Same day service bookings will be confirmed as soon a possible.)

When you are ready to go home, please go to the reception foyer. The bus departs on the hour from 9 pm according to demand, with the last run leaving around 11:30pm.

We endeavour to accommodate everyone on demand, but that may not be possible all the time. We will appreciate your patience when unplanned events interrupt the service or if there is a brief wait before your ideal time of departure. If you have any feedback, please email us your thoughts.

Frequently Asked Questions

We would like to hire the bus, how do we go about it?

Unfortunately we are unable to ‘rent out’ the bus as per our accreditation and registration provisions. We can only use the bus to transport passengers to and from the premises at 528 Main Street in Mordialloc.

How much does it cost?

The service is free to our members and visitors. We regret we do not provide transport to customers from nearby venues. Gold coin donations are accepted and monies collected goes to a charity.

Is there a minimum amount I need to spend at the club if I use the courtesy bus?

No, you can use the bus just to come and have a draught or coffee and cake. There are several specials, like the $15 lunch menu at Level 1, the $12.50 Chicken Parmi and Senior lunch ($12.50 ) and dinner ($14.40) . Conditions apply -not available all days in all dining areas

Do I need to be a member to use the bus service?

No, but membership is free , so why not sign up if you are not a member already? Benefits include some discounts on bar prices, a complimentary meal voucher on your birthday and entry into members draws. (for full benefits visit our membership page)
